Tyler Oakley has announced his new collaboration with Heard Well, a compilation album featuring LGBTQ+ artists! The album is titled Pride Jams and features a diverse group of artists part of the LGBTQ+ community. The album is a celebration of Pride month and it provides a range of songs that Tyler hopes will resonate with everyone.
“These artists know the value of feeling loved, supported, and validated, and hope to give back to the next generation…”
No one knows which artists are featured on the compilation album yet, you’ll have to wait to buy the album to find out!
The best thing about this album is that part of the proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project, an organization that provides assistance and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth. Tyler has worked closely with this organization in the past. He was an intern for The Trevor Project in 2009, and has raised a total of 1 million dollars for the charity through his annual birthday fundraiser.

Aside from the fact that Tyler isn’t selling actual jam (that’s what many fans thought at first), what’s not to love about this project? As Tyler Oakley himself put it:
“Turn up the volume and dance your heart out, knowing these Pride Jams are helping queer and questioning youth live long, fulfilling lives, full of dancing to the beat of their own drum.”
The CD is available to order here right now, and the digital copy becomes available for download worldwide on June 24th. There is also a signed limited edition package available for purchase. This includes a signed copy of Pride Jams, and a Pride Jams pin and poster.
